Snapshot(s): A. Lange & Söhne Odysseus – for today it´s some live pictures with “German” context from Berlin – Museum Island & neighbourhood

Odysseus – given the name I thought it could be nice to show the watch from A. Lange & Söhne together with some impressions from the Pergamon Museum, part of the Museum Island Berlin

Thanks to COVID-19 most of the museums in Berlin are still closed – more or less. Still there is more to see in the neighbourhood of the Pergamon Museum as it is part of the Museum Island Berlin, close to the Berlin Cathedral or the Schloßbrücke from Schinkel to mention only a few. The whole area is quite photogenic, even from outside – even more so with the new A. Lange & Söhne Odysseus as wrist companion!

For today me would like to share only a ´Snapshot´ – live impressions from the watch and the area – for the sake of beauty.

(Schloßbrücke – Schinkel, television tower, Berlin Castle)

(Schloßbrücke – Schinkel, German History Museum)

(Detail of Schloßbrücke – Schinkel, James-Simon-Gallery in the back)

(Spree, James-Simon-Gallery and Neues Museum)

(James-Simon-Gallery)

(Details of Neues Museum, Berlin Cathedral and Pergamon Museum)

(Alte Nationalgallerie)

Quick summary: the Odysseus is a real pleasure on the wrist, and it was just appropriate even with such a sophisticated context full of beauty and history.

For more stay tuned, as we are working on something more comprehensive about the Odysseus from A. Lange & Söhne.

Thanks for your attention and I hope you enjoyed the impressions.
